  • That is a tough challenge. I like your images and am always impressed by your approach to them. With the water droplets, I noticed that—despite the light reflections—they still distort the background behind them. Just like a lens does. The closer the droplet is to the viewer, the more clearly this effect is visible. Out of curiosity, I took photos of droplets on my plants for comparison. In your shots, the reflections seem a bit too flat (?)—they don’t seem to distort the background behind them. But that’s really just nitpicking at a high level. At the same time, it helps to simply talk about it. 🙂

    Everything’s fine, I just wasn’t sure if the frog itself had any particular meaning. The paper itself doesn’t have any special tint. I took the picture at my kitchen table. It’s probably just the light above the table that makes it appear slightly yellower when photographed.
