this past Halloween, I listened to a Vincent Price short story collection titled The Price of Fear that is absolutely delightful :)


I have been slogging through The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell and while it’s extremely interesting it is so dense. I am undecided between a Neal Stephenson or Philip K Dick or Kurt Vonnegut novel next ¯_(ツ)_/¯

It hasn’t dropped 60% since 2018, 50% seems acceptable.
End of April this year, literally asked another teams manager if they needed help but I didn’t want to handle users if they could help it. They took it the wrong way (???) and their manager brought in my manager and I was termed for being “unprofessional”. Almost 6 years with this org. New job is so much better with a pay bump on top of it.
