I feel like it’s not necessarily about “too many” as long as you don’t get hurt doing it, but rather it’s a question of time - 5x20 with something you can do easily will not really get you better or faster results than 3x10 with a weight that really makes you work, and the latter takes less time.

5·11 months agoI should be happy about this idea, but knowing big tech all too well, phones will become less and less affordable, the stricter the EU gets.
Then again, this way maybe phones will become usable for longer, so price-value ratio might become slightly better.

The difference is that Ubuntu Pro is free, and the ads are only 1 line in the terminal
