2·1 year agoYeah, I’ve watched that video, it was fascinating. I also used to live and work in the Birmingham jewellery quarter and walked by the factory a few times. We’ve also got a pen museum too.
I want one too, they’re so nice.
(I like how this thread about static websites turned into a conversation about pencils 🤣)

If you like mechanical pencils there are some really nice ones made in a factory in Birmingham, UK called Yard-O-Led, they’re bit pricey though as they are made of Stirling silver…

1·2 years agoIf you wanted to get rid of windows in general, Darktable seems to be a good alternative to lightroom, for raw editing. There’s a learning curve, but there are plenty of tutorials available.
Not sure about Fusion 360 though… Maybe FreeCAD?
