So DHS really didn’t teach the new hires anything useful. Got it.

I was thinking of the trans allegory. They wouldn’t like to realize that is what is symbolizes.

If this is The Matrix, then MAGA is gonna be really upset. They don’t even know it.

I’ve never heard of this before but it is a real thing. I would chock this up to the Administration not wanting to really pay anyone… thus trying to ensure they don’t get massive numbers quitting.
Also, anyone notice that all the people working for DHS during all of this that media has captured in public are men? Is that by design or do women have better morality?

I don’t know if this is true, but the employment contracts supposedly have a repayment clause. So the assumption is many people are financially unable to quit once they are hired.

What the fuck Legion of Doom rip-off is the U.S. trying to be? First it was that stupid Board of Peace and now this.

This looks more like the coverage maps Verizon would display in television commercials.

And what border were they patrolling?

The naming custom is the surname goes before the given name. In “Ensign Ro”, Picard mistakenly says Ensign Laren. He is corrected, being told that her surname is Ro and some Bajorans try to fit in, reversing the structure.
I would think that Seven would be more comfortable within the crew dynamic of Voyager, addressing her by their surname.
EDIT: Being an xB, I would imagine Seven would already know this from Unimatrix Zero assimilating some Bajorans.

It doesn’t matter if I like Bad Bunny. Simply the idea that anyone of such stature in pop culture today can upset half a nation, doing something so harmless, brings me joy. This is not about you Red Hat Cult idiots.

I’m so bothered by the character’s name. Does the character go by their first name Celes or Seven not know their surname is Tal?

Exactly. My point is they didn’t get that.

I don’t think it was this game, maybe the first Ghost Recon but as a kid it was frustrating to play. I couldn’t get past the realism of the gunshots. I thought typically video game logic would be applied, letting me get shot many times before dying.

Just because he is from Florida does not mean you should ascribe the label. The rest of the country typically views such people as the worst of the worst in society, that should be endlessly mocked.

Why did you have to drag Sarjenka into this?

This really sounds like a knockoff of Legion of Doom.

You want AI? Because that’s how you get Control.

It is futile after all.

Is naming this after a Klingon, who famously as a culture talk about wanting to die a lot, appropriate?
I said useful. How is doing illegal things useful?
