Not a wild animal, but if my dog wants something that another dog at my house is using (a rawhide), he will paw at the back door to get let out. When I get up to let him out, the rest of the dogs get up and assemble by the door. Once I open the door up, the dogs rush out, but he turns around to go steal the thing he wants. Sometimes, I let him do it. Other times, I grab him and push him out with the rest of the dogs. Gotta teach him that sometimes crime pays sometimes you get pinched.

evga GTX 770 It never died Replaced it with an evga GTX1080 it blew up 2 months out of warranty. they sent me rtx 2070 despite the warranty(MISS YOU EVGA). I gave that card to my wife and upgraded to a 3080 from aorus.
the card is great, but the software that comes with the card is beyond awful. I will probably get an Asus next time.

I think the only reason this happens is because people associate negativity with a group of people for long enough to tie the negativity to the phrase or word itself. Homeless used to be the sensative replacement for Hobo. After enough time, this new name will just be another tag people can use hatefully.

edit: I must admit, though, I can’t see “someone experiencing homelessness” making a very impactful slur.

I actually thought this was pretty funny, so take this pat on the back while you receive the barrage of downvotes.

I think the old man is the important piece of the picture. Our entire lives are spent climbing away from inescapable death. No matter what we do, a missed hand hold will eventually result in the fall into blackness. The old mans body is bound to fail him, and he will fall.

The thing I like most is the light that the subject of the painting is climbing towards. Sometimes, when I am in a situation where a negative outcome is unchangeable, I don’t want to deal with it at all. why play the game of life when we all lose, sort of thing. I think the light is what makes it worth traversing the perils of the pit. I think the light is the things that make life worth living.

But I’m just some dude, and that’s what I see. I think someone smarter will be able to tell me I’m wrong.
