12·2 years agoI don’t make my network accessible from the internet. Anything i need remove access to i would put out on a cheap vps. If i had to do it on my home network i would use a siloed vlan with vpn access.
They probably stalled computer evolution for two decades.

45·2 years agoI worked for a cloud company that rhymes with frugal. They had sent a customers data into another customer’s environment. The customer who unknowingly received this data had to be locked out of their environment for a week until they were able to remove the other customers data.

13·2 years agoI think what you’re not understanding is the juice isn’t worth the squeeze trying to teach the old dog new tricks. Focus on the younger ones who are learning this the first time and more likely to be indoctrinated in this way of thinking.

Theyll decide when you can no longer play the games.
