Now i can up and down. Thanks for the info!
And somehow it’s getting a 3rd season.
Yes exactly. I couldn’t find it on the fish online docs. Alt-. apparently also work in bash, so i should just not use the ESC version. I use it a lot for renaming and moving files. Thanks.
Do you know if fish can input arguments from prevous commands like
ESC + .does in bash?

I didn’t even know the dash was optional. I guess you learn something new everyday.

2·2 years agoI think it’s a good game. I’m proberbly not the target for this kind of game, since I’m not very good at word games.
I found this game a little too hard, but other players might find the difficulty to be good. Wordle wasn’t my kind of game either. Maybe highlighting vowels could make it slightly easier for dumdums like myself, but I have no idea if that would make an effect. The UI feels refined and even the web version on mobile has a native feel. If it didn’t have a share button to compare the daily challenges with friends thrugh pasting in groupchats, I think you should add that (I couldn’t solve the daily challenge, thats why I don’t know if it’s implemented)

Nice! Someday I would like join the Nix+Hyprland club. Does NixOs take up a lot of space with the cached/previous versions of programs?
I think you need a bang to link correctly !ergomechkeyboards@lemmy.world :)
I’ve been very happy with Vial. I haven’t used VIA so i cant give any comparisons between them. As for the firmware, i do think they just want to prevent unnecessary support tickets from users flashing the wrong firmware (different model or downloaded from a sketchy site). I would not hesitate to flash it with vial since you are compiling the formware yourself. If something goes wrong you can always return to your old firmware with the reset button and QMK toolbox.

Technology@beehaw.org•EU votes for smartphones having user-replaceable batteries by 2027
2·3 years agothat would make sense. Being able to “easily remove and replace them.” is a little vague, i wonder if requiring a screwdriver could be considered easily removable.

13·3 years agoBeing able to have a spare battery in case of emergency (or simply app train/bus tickets) is going to be nice. It’s going go be exciting to see how apple will try to circumvent this.

For now a linux phone will still lack native banking apps, cardless payment and government apps. Unless the app can run on a degoogled OS (Graphene, waydroid, etc.).
By open trust platform do you mean something akin to play protect?
