It’s a confusing article, the game he talks about on Mastodon (Death By Scrolling) has just been released. There was another game he stopped dev on: https://mastodon.gamedev.place/@grumpygamer/115657740122347206

Vyvanse was really bad for me, deep depression, lack of focus and other stuff. Ritalin ended up being much better so it’s definitely worth trying a few different meds if you can.

Bad Religion are working on a new album too
People use JavaScript for styling? Gross. Never liked JS, it’s necessary for some things but I don’t get building a 10mb site when a 0.1mb site is HTML/CSS would suffice.
Remember building for IE4/5 and had to check everything looked good with out JS because a lot of people had it disabled.
I got a Miyoo Mini plus for mine, installed onionos and loads of games from internet archive. They love it, maybe one day I’ll set up my dusty wiiU but i only have Mario kart for it. Or some kind of minipc set up.

Victorians are some of the worst/dangerous drivers I’ve seen, but I’m not in Victoria.
JavaScript, the powerful but sometimes overused code
now there’s an understatement.

I think there’s a difference between state-owned and state-funded.

Its not FOSS but if you need a work alterative to GIMP I use Photopea a lot. Works as a PWA too.
I’ve been using design software for over 25 years; Photoshop has been there for the majority but I’ve often tried coming back to GIMP here and there, but it’s never grabbed me in a useable way.
I’ve been using cal.com for a while and it’s pretty good. I think you can self host it too.

There are lots of Big Things! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_things_(Australia)
Yeah I’m an older millennial and there are things I don’t have in common with younger ones.
Kamala just slips in as a boomer technically, by like a year or something.
I thought millennials started at '82?

Oh, no disrespect intended! Where I come from though we use cheese instead of curds, it’s practically a national dish.

Cheese and gravy (not the Canadian thing)
Damn, I used to like their crunch corners.

Not the whole country but Mallorca and the Canary Islands had similar protests. I do wonder how the south coast feels about all the Brits going there.
I degoogled to Proton mail initially. I didn’t like that I couldn’t search my emails (a security thing or something? But annoying) and then their Drive was absolutely useless on macos. I had about 100gb and it couldn’t sync even half of it.
After much help from support I eventually moved away to a combo of Fastmail, Mega and OnlyOffice.

Same with Australia. Seems a bit disingenuous to say it’s banned, it’s a government worker policy.
Have you looked at this?: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Legacy-Patcher/ I used it on my 2015 iMac and it runs the latest OS well.
