Heck this looks like a great community. Thanks for the ref!
Ohh yeah. I have an ancient kindle with ads. But once it’s 6 months or so without internet it will drop them.
And just to be clear I’m not endorsing amazon. Get something else. I’m just wearing that one out.

Hard to believe that it would have taken till this day for someone to do this, given that birds are the obvious example of flight.

More likely the dog would just chew on the jacket.

I haven’t read the books. Is there any background for choosing vodka martinis in particular? As opposed to, say plain vodka. Was it just a more socially acceptable dose of alcohol?

Yeah I’m sure there is an audience out there. But you guys probably get your inspiration from somewhere other than films, and don’t leave your glasses half full.
Keep at it 👍🏻
Native in what sense? As I understand it that uses a VM of some sort
I opted for Under the Pendulum Sun from the link I posted. It’s available as a DRM free ebook from the publishers page: https://angryrobotbooks.com/books/under-the-pendulum-sun/
Let’s see how it turns out… No reason to stop recommending things though!
Thanks for the recommendation.

Don’t worry about it, you’re not in a rush to do anything. How about getting a cup of tea for starters?
Yeah, so the following actually is valid: If all pairs of horses are the same color, all horses are the same color. Just starting the induction one step further.
Actually a quite interesting article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_horses_are_the_same_color

Yeah that conflict runs deep.
There’s the open source Alovoa, but of course it’s still far away from mainstream.

Ohh you mean the “pay for every little thing” -feature? Dang I really liked that

Thanks this is great!
In general I find that newsoutlets use way too little maps. Like to they really expect me to memorize all the street names even in my own city??

Microwave UIs suck so bad. I’ve yet to find an improvement on the classic two analog knobs system, where one controls power and the other sets time.

There wasn’t even a map
This. I use Arch myself so to my friends I just recommend one of the downstream distros. Might not be the most stable things ever but it’s just easier for me to help them.
