As much as it still hurts when companies walk back their decisions, it’s really important as consumers that we also walk back our decision on supporting them. If we always stop supporting them regardless, they will continue to make decisions that don’t support the people. It’s important that we have power in these scenario. In the end, it’s better that Kimmel is back on the air, and that he can joke and criticize what’s happening. Let’s support them walking it back.

Certainly you just have more to say on this. There’s quite a history of California combating homelessness. What programs and tradeoffs have you seen that you prefer? There is diversity within the homeless community. How did you like to see the different groups managed?

Besides overhauling the economy to better suit everyone, which Newsom has little control over, what other policies and tactics would you like to see used instead?

This might have an interesting side effect. Western voices and opinions being shared enmasse with Chinese youths on platforms they’re comfortable with. It will be interesting to see how the Chinese government responds to this

Spot on. For once (not really, but this doesn’t happen as often as it needs to) the Democrats are outsmarting their opponents. Let’s make this the norm. All of us working together towards a common sense future.

You guys realize that Biden waited until after the RNC to announce this right? He’s making this as hard as possible for them to pivot. You had hundreds of people in the same city, building strategies for their campaign. He had made sure that Kamala would have the delegates secured to ensure there would be no in-fighting for the next candidate. They did little to stop the media in going down the rabbit hole of the all-consuming news that he should drop out. They used it for their advantage to create a positive whirl wind around Kamala. Truly brilliant.

These are all things you lose on the weekend when you have kids…

If you want to live through 80’s dystopian books on this subject, we all need to start learning how to hack; compromise these company’s networks, take down their supply chain. In the end, we’re enabling them. We can either give up because there are too many of them, or educate ourselves on their weaknesses.

Stop buying from these companies. Don’t support their behavior.
