Unless the company is going bankrupt, 30 USD per month is nothing to a business. That is also easily what a business would be willing to pay for a managed open source solution.

3·1 year agoCould it be that automerge is not working because you are missing a hyphen? The movie section in the Jellyfin docs states:
To distinguish between versions, each filename needs to have a space, hyphen, space, and then a label.

2·2 years agoI also use those, but (shame on me) I’ve never tested the backups. Have you ever restored such an image backup?
MaterialFiles (available on F-Droid) is capable of SMB. Unfortunately encrypted connections are not supported.
