Endurance is an older nonfiction book from the 1960s about a ship that gets stuck in Antarctica. Despite sounding nothing like The Martian, it’s very similar - they’re both wholesome survival stories that focus on the “how”, rather than the “drama”.

Why is this shitty country song being targeted by the news? There are so many other country songs with lyrics like this, and there are plenty even more troubling. Sick of seeing this headline. We’re giving attention to something that doesn’t deserve it, and it sucks.

The only reason you know this exists is because you’re on social media reading about it. You’d probably never see this in a store, and if you did it’d be one whole six-pack next to the hundreds of others brands.

I think you may be overreacting, but who knows maybe Gay Water is the next Coca-Cola.

Same. Any bookstore is good do for this. Sometimes I’ll go to my local shop and get a book, it then take pics of the recommendations that week. Then later I’ll look em up online
