40·29 days agoWith smartphones current prices and componants becoming more expensive they are realizing not a lot of people will buy a smartphone costing more than 1500 dollars. Especially when hardware is now good enough and people are starting to try to keep their phone as long as possible.
Making you rent your phone allow to hide how much it’s going to cost you and ensure them a steady cash income.
1·2 months agoIs it possible your file explorer use a trash bin and old apk inside it are causing problems?
With mix explorer I had such problem and solved it disabling trash bin in it’s setttings. (Just emptying was also working)
3·3 months agoI would add it’s often more up to date than distro repositories. It is especially nice when you have long been awaiting a feature and it’s finally available.

MyExpenses is what I use. Simple, allow for reconciliation with bank and to easily export if needed.
Feeder on Android. Default choice I would say.
12·5 months agoWhat happens when you turn off / on developer options? I read some people had to because of their bank apps refusing to work if developer options is on.
Personnally I hate what they are doing, it’s not going to protect more and surely it a steps to allow removal to side load in future. I don’t think it would fly if Microsoft was doing that on Windows…
What’s better with a drop down terminal vs a normal terminal invoked with global short key?
It’s a genuine question, never heard about drop down terminal and looked it up. As I understand they are just normal terminal with a visual effect when they open. Am I missing something?
