Same. I haven’t found a decent TB/BB replacement yet though. Sad.
BetterBird for desktop. FairEmail for mobile.
Heard about this on Linux Unplugged a few weeks back. Haven’t had a chance to test it out yet, but it looks pretty cool.

This easy banoffee pie combines a crunchy graham cracker crust, sweet dulce de leche, thick slices of fresh banana, and billowy whipped cream.

Dang. Does that mean I need to finish it all out?? 😂
I was very happy to stumble upon this post. I’ve been struggling through The Dark Forest for what feels like forever. I’m usually a pretty voracious reader, but this series is like quicksand to me. It’s really really boring. I just keep hoping it will get interesting. It threatens to…and then starts sucking again. I never DNF books, but I’m so SO tempted here. Glad there are others out there!
Sambal is chili paste. A lot of the time, depending on the cuisine, it has other things in it. Sometimes just garlic. Sometimes it’s shrimp paste. I’ve yet to have one that wasn’t delicious! I’ve never seen this dish before. Looks…interesting. :)
Yes!! Another fan. I loved it. Dark, tough guy nonsense and humor. Such a fun series!
I’ve enjoyed everything he’s written. Good suggestion. In a similar, rule-breaking suggestion, Jeff Somers Avery Cates series is also very enjoyable. It also was first published in 2007. T’was a good year. 😏

21·10 months agoFrom quick research, it certainly seems to be the preferred alternative. It’s been around for quite awhile and look to have a legit business model. I also found an open source app that looks decent.

1·10 months agoI see that. Under MultiLauncher. One of the contributors acknowledges the two separate versions but doesn’t say anything about it. I didn’t dig too deep, but I’ll definitely be watching. Probably trying out CCLauncher as well given it’s close to identical.

1·10 months agoI’m assuming the Play store version is what’s being referenced. It lists an IAP, but I can’t see what it is.

3·10 months agoI’ve been using mlauncher forever and never even knew there were IAPs. One of the things I like about it is I don’t even know it’s there. I have no icons. Just a blank home screen. It’s beautiful.

+1 just for using “narc”. Which by the way, reminds me every time, of the arcade game of the same name. Loved that game. 🚀
