131·3 years agoThere’s a difference between the gameplay and the greedy, manipulative monetization.
The gameplay itself is solid and polished better than just about any multiplayer game out there - anyone who tries to argue otherwise is letting their (justified) anger toward Activision/Blizzard influence their judgement.
The monetization feels gross and disrespectful of the playerbase. It’s like we have this well-made AAA quality game, but it’s inside a vegas casino. Even if you enjoy it, you have to deal with this unsettling feeling of being scammed the whole time that you play.
That’s awesome! Most cartoonists seem like they’d be cool people in person.
(except notably the dilbert guy)

You have to if you want to be prepared to meet sexy marine biologists.
I have a really basic fitbit with phone notifications turned off, and no auto-wakeup by wrist turn, and it lasts almost 2 weeks on a charge. It’s amazing.
As far as privacy goes though, I’m sure it leaves a lot to be desired.

5·3 years agoIt’s really good in small doses, like early Reddit used to be. You can quickly exhaust the best posts of the morning/afternoon/evening before you’re basically browsing by “new”.
It reminds me of the times when reddit would get notably slower and weirder during certain times of the day. Before it became an endless 24/7 stream of content.

On a large enough scale, sure it does!
