There may be very good reason we evolved to be the way we are, as it’s very possible that a single type of person cannot make the overall society successful as a whole. It also doesn’t mean our current systems work for everyone. It may mean that on average, we’d be best to have 2 different school structures to suit more types of people better. And no matter what, nothing can work for everyone. There will alway be outliers.

Already explained why… Lots of positions are just nice to have, but are subsidized already, entirely, by other positions that generate all revenue.
