Enshittification will keep happening under capitalism, that’s a feature of the system. You can try to regulate it with strong government, but that is a pipe-dream and not a permanent solution in the US. The cards are too stacked against reform at the moment. (Would need to abolish the Electoral College, equal voting rights, remove gerrymandering, implement strict campaign financing laws, remove lobbying, etc.)

He has lied repeatedly and vociferously his whole life, and anyone with critical thinking capacity knows/has known that. There is a lot to blame for this situation, Trump voters and all non-voters should not be immune from accepting their share of it.

I tend to gloss over heavy descriptions of place settings, I don’t spend a lot of time trying to picture it so I prefer books with dialogue. Watching a show before reading the books does help though.
