6·3 years agoThere is definitely a sense of ownership almost that comes with being part of a community that is just getting going. I had the same expectation as you going in but I feel part of something here much more than I did at Reddit.
I mean… I’m not not saying that!
This site-wide irreverence brings me back to what the internet felt like to me in like 2007 though. Like sure you could get this in individual subreddits or things or Discord communities but I’ve missed this more open sense of mischief across communities more than I realised!
