Fuck it, let’s get back to something like the way it was.
Anonymous, amateur, just slightly hard to access to keep the mouth breathers out.
Is there any need for this, really?

I live walking distance from 2 small super markets, I walk to those near every day and just get a few things and I also get hello fresh and I always cook those. So generally my fridge is pretty empty but I always eat well. Just in Time Home Economics you could say.

Rather than launching one spaceship once, there should be a prestige plus where you manufacture space ships. As it is there’s no incentive to scale the automation for spaceship parts.
On C64 you could just type rundot save I think, stick a tape in and press record. I had a little inlay with the counter numbers for each cheat on the tape written on it.
I remember on the C64 they used to have ‘pokes’ which were written in assembler.
You’d have to manually typing 500 lines of it. Of course, it almost never worked. The times it did work I used to save it to a tape, I think I had about 9 cheats on it :)

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•What is the oldest thing you own that you still use daily?
3·11 months agoProbably my Ron Jon Surf shop beach towel I got while on holiday in Florida in 1997 (I live in the UK). Still in great condition and I wouldn’t say I’ve looked after it particularly.
Also honourable mention to my oldest tech which is an HP touchsmart 600 PC I use for youtube in my bedroom, it’s from 2011 and still just about hanging on.

I got a code with my 9600XT, it was delayed so long the card was pretty much outdated by the time it came out, but I still had the code that came with it!
Pretty sure I was able to pre load it on steam before release day, I remember I took the day off work just to play it.
