The Daily Show just won an Emmy this year as well. Pretty much because John Oliver got put into a different category. Last Week Tonight won the Emmy for talk series the last 7 years.

If B then A is the same as if X then Y is the same as if A then B. They are saying it’s the same as the OP. Changing the letters around doesn’t change the meaning since the letters are just placeholders.

Now if you said If A then B AND If B then A as one it wouldn’t be the same because A and B would have to keep the same meaning.

I was 12 and I all I remember thinking was double sided lightsabers are cool. Which was disappointing as I was a huge Star wars fan. I don’t think I really liked it that much but going to the movies was always a big deal.

In this case not making a choice is still a life changing decision. One benefit of puberty blockers I always thought is that allows you to make a decision about it when you’re more mature. It’s the closest thing to not making a life changing decision.

What esport is Bethesda involved in? I remember Blizzard doing that and it being a big deal, but don’t remember Bethesda.

I’m in that area and i90 basically goes right by my house now as well since it was rerouted around one of the fires.

I don’t mind the YouTube algorithm cause at least I still have the choice. With TikTok or shorts I have to actively scroll to not watch something. So I let the algorithm give me new stuff on youtube, but it tends to focus on one or two areas at a time. So if I want to see more gardening in my feed I use my sub feed and watch a few gardening vids and presto old vids from channels I’m subbed to and new vids from new channels or cool one offs from the algorithm.

But I don’t like my sub feed because I have such varied interests and moods I’m not interested in 60% of it at any one time.

Best I can do in my 1k person town in Washington is 10mbps down and less than 1mbps up. It’s 50 bucks a month. They ran fiber lines through our farm ground to get to town this spring though so I’m hoping it’s available soon.

Worse come to worse I’m here for a good time not a long time.

Like if an instance like lemmy.world gets too big and fails I’ll probably head to another instance like kbin.social. If it starts a failure cascade people will leave for traditional social media or just leave social media entirely until federation can support it.

Maybe I end up leaving for another social media site, or I just watch youtube and no real social media or something. Whatever happens I’m here while I’m here.

How am I going to make an auto clicker then? With 5 and + held at the same time it keeps clicking really fast.

Not bad. I’m tempted to replace Bezos or Zuckerberg with the surviving Koch brother though.
