Glad you like them :) I used this pattern for the glove, however it is in German. There were some patterns in English I just looked up which seem to be somewhat similar (like these for example).

Are they really? I have to admit that I do like them, but I was under the impression that their lyrics where mostly meant to be funny. But then again, I don’t always pay attention to the lyrics 😅

It definetly was fun to just start and see how it works out (although I wished I had made some more comprehensive notes while knitting the first warmer; that would have been helpful in getting the second one to turn out similarly 🙈)

Thank you! I had to redo a couple of rows because I wasn’t happy with the cable placement relative to the rib stitches and to get the owl proportions right, though. And I think having done gloves before helped the most :)

I believe you are correct about it being a military map. The visible Polish(?) text is part of the map legend given in German and English.
