There was A LOT of doom predictions… from airplanes dropping out of the sky to power being shut off, to possible missile launches… it was a good time to be a shit talker in those days. Businesses made a butt ton of money selling snake oil “Y2K” checkers for your computer… crazy time
I watched Hi Ren and man do I love that song and his music… it feels good as a 48 year old to call up a mate and say “dude you need to check this guys out”!
Every generation there is good music and shit music… just keep looking and share the good stuff
Honestly now pristine m1 macs can be bought on eBay or Gumtree they are not for just the rich anymore
As a Linux / Windows and Mac user this tired and inaccurate
But if you live in Darwin its a lot cheaper because otherwise you have to factor in the flight and accommodation costs…
