I can feel my anxiety and stress bubbling as we get closer to Christmas. My family is massive and events are spread over four days, so between the cash I had to spend to cover gifts for everyone and how much the entire family will be at each others throats I’m grateful for medication.

I finally got a new iPhone for the first time in six years and the difference is staggering. Things are advancing so fast that there’s really no reason to go cradle to grave anymore.

The scope of this study is way too broad. People use the internet for countless different things, and in many ways using the internet is a daily requirement. They need to focus on specific buckets like news, social media, gaming, etc, of which there are mountains of evidence to show they can cause mental health issues

Honestly not great. Depression has been getting the better of me, along with little sleep and what sleep I go have being plagued by nightmares. It’s affecting my work and physical health, so I hope taking tomorrow off for a long weekend will help.
