It doesn’t expire but clearly the vacant homes/units need to be taxed harder so sellers can’t just sit on them forever.

Given the G7’s relatively isolated site and few access roads it could turn into one hell of a murder mystery!

I mean they’ve been fucking with us for years, it’s just finally being done in an open way that can be understood by enough people to affect change.
Caller ID is notoriously unauthenticated. It’s getting better but I can still set my caller ID to be anything I want on my softphone.
Weird, I could have sworn Babcock was illiterate.

New path to a balanced budget is a lot of doublespeak though.
Makes me think he’s about to privatize something.

The floor plans are also straight up bizarre. I was in the market recently and I saw two en-suite bathrooms in a 2-bed 3-bath. Kitchen/living/dining combos that could barely serve any of those purposes. Dens that were 4sqft corners in a kitchen, or slight recess in a wall. Interior glass walls to compensate for no window in a bedroom.
Then there were just absolutely strange finishing design choices, like a wall mounted intercom in the entrance you had to kneel to read the screen or reach the keypad. I’m not that tall. Some of the UGLIEST post-modern tile work I’ve ever seen, bar fridges masquerading as kitchen fridges, shallow tubs, low shower heads (again, I’m 5’9 this is not usually an issue.)

We made it! I never thought I’d live to see this day!

Conservative fiscal responsibility has always been a lie though. The voters are just not capable of fact checking it.

If elected we will make Marc Serre take a shower.

Jonathan Banks though.

Unless attitudes at the MLB have changed in recent years, I remember them being less favorable to Canadian teams on a normal day. Americans have a larger population of baseball fans and that’s where the money is, I fully believe team management would not want to seem antagonistic.

I acknowledge that he’s doing the right thing for now; which to be clear is: prioritizing Canadian interests.
I’m anxious this is going to be like early-covid Ford, where he will be very eager to get back to normal once things even slightly ease up.

It’s not a fact if it’s false. That’s not an interpretation, it’s measurable.
If you’re suggesting that the problem is calling it a lie implies intent then you shouldn’t be calling them facts.
Mail in ballots have already been sent out. I want to be hopeful. I expect to be disappointed.
Anyone who disagrees with Ford’s policies needs to get out and vote because this is not even close to a lock.
It is no longer good enough for us to say “well, at least it’s not as bad as the states”

They are unburdened with self reflection. At least it proves we’re bothering them with it.

I used to have a boss like that, he’d toss in an ellipsis at the most inappropriate locations.
It made all his emails appear sarcastic. Leave it to a guy who focused primarily on decorum instead of substance to send an email like
“Good job…”
and not know how that reads.

I agree that we don’t necessarily need to make a big huff over this, being a relatively isolated incident I think it should just be investigated in the same way other inappropriate police conduct is… oh wait I see the problem.

You make an excellent point! Companies should not be allowed to use complex chemical names on food labels and instead should be forced to use words that consumers can recognize and use to make better informed decisions about the products they’re consuming.
