Not only are tips getting bigger in the U.S., but Americans also tip for a wider range of services. In other countries, a gratuity is still a small gesture.

    London, Paris, Florence, Mykonos, Puerto Vallarta. Pretty meager list. I think they could have been much more exhaustive.
