If you sue someone it is required that the defendant to agree to ending it.
If I were BBC, I’d be making this hurt. Drag it out, make him deposition, make him produce documents, make him show up in court. Fuck that litigious sack of shit.
They have to see it finished. They can’t back out. Being excessive probably isn’t possible, but they are simply obligated to continue.
