The 25-year-old was about a block from her home when the neighbor reportedly fired a rifle at him.

Cobb County Police responded to the scene and arrested Aveldanez. They charged him with reckless conduct, which is a misdemeanor.

Hey, at least the cops didnt give him a hi five and tell him he had a nice gun…

Like the Cops in albuquerque did when an 80+ year old woman called for help saying her caretaker was gonna kill her… and who did succeed in killing her, after the cops left.

That’s a person who should never be allowed to own a gun.

He will since he is not charged with a felony. Wouldn’t want to take his rights away. /s

This is what the founding fathers wanted, otherwise they would have given all Americans (except the black ones they owned as property) the right to jog without being shot at by yet another legal gun owner who couldn’t control his emotions.

There are legitimate uses for guns, I’ll at least acknowledge that. Do I need one? No.

7. No duplicate posts.

If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
