I wonder why they focused on teenagers specifically? It feels like they’re more succeptible on average but it’s fundamentally a human issue - these dark patterns exploit everyone far too successfully…

When they say regulating they mean spying on the users. I imagine when you say it you mean imposing restrictions on the corporations.
