You’re supposed to cover up the noise by slapping your leg and saying “Wellp, look at the time.”
No slaps necessary when you make an audible sound of effort, “hmmmph” when you stand.
And nobody questions your reasons if you scream a little every time you stand.

That used to be me, but after running this whole year and stretching my back and legs everyday via splits training it’s entirely stopped.
I can even bear crawl while chasing my one year old now without issues
