Great suggestions! Thanks I will try to do this next when i have free time. Thanks!!
i agree with you a lot. but the compositor/wm space is wayland is still too thin, there aren’t a lot of options
- sway - static so ruled out
- hyperland - too bloated so ruled out
- river - nice but take time and thought to configure and i havent had the time
- mango - i havent had the time to look at it
i have been on niri for quitesometime now and have gotten used to its quirks, but there is surely room for me to explore river, mango, etc
thanks!
i like the simplcity of waybar+mako+rofi much better than all-in-one-shells. Besides i believe in “do one thing best” policy of the smaller leaner apps
https://lyrion.org/ happy with it after trying both navidrome and jellyfin
I use mkdocs https://github.com/squidfunk/mkdocs-material material for recipies, see screenshot

The custom widget can be found here

It interfaces with https://github.com/sergi0g/cup
Sure pls gimme some time to put it on codeberg
Thanks! But its a fork if Lite-XL called Pragtical - https://pragtical.dev/
Uses LuaJit instead of Lua as the differing factor from Lite-XL
Right!
dots posted in original post
If you are on hyperland already, only a couple of modules in waybar would need change. besides that everything remains the same.
i’ll post my dots soon maybe in a couple of hours
thanks!
Interesting!! I’ll look into this! Thanks!!
