+1 for clover. I “accidentally” spilled some clover seed outside our place (bugger off HOA), and it’s slowly overtaking the grass they planted.

There’s always a relevant XKCD.

Good bot.

Gotcha. I apologize, I thought you were asking about the genre in general, not RinoZ specifically.
I haven’t read his main series, Chrysalis, yet, but it’s pretty consistently ranked as one of the best in the genre. For Book of the Dead, I haven’t noticed any story or worldbuilding issues that typically accompanies rushed projects. It’s pretty well put together, barring a comic relief character with a juvenile sense of humor and the occasional typo.

As with any genre, some authors are stronger than others. There’s a lot of trash, but there’s some really good stuff as well. Dungeon Crawler Carl, for example, has my highest recommendation.

A conspiracy of friends have me reading LitRPGs right now, so I’m reading the second Book of the Dead by RinoZ right now, and listening to He Who Fights With Monsters.

I just finished Redshirts, it was a lot of fun.

You’re in for a fantastic ride. Glurp glurp!

You could have done that anytime. Linux is right there.
And a pirate’s least favorite letter?
“Dear sir or ma’am, We are writing you to inform you of your third copyright strike violation…”

It’s not a fascism thing. It’s a state thing. No state will give its citizens the (legal) ability to fight back against its enforcement arm.

I’d run it.

Fascist Cardassian eyesore!

Sweet llamas of the Bahamas!

Nooooooo, you have to take me cereally, I’m head of the FBI now!
What are the police gonna do? Wait outside until the shooter runs out of bullets, then go in to finish the job?
Same, honestly. I’d been putting off the move for a while, but some friends gave me the kick in the pants I needed to finally do it. And even then, I spent a few days booting from a flash drive (to get used to it and figure it out, of course) before finally committing. I’ve only booted into Win10 once since then, and that was to troubleshoot something on my Linux boot lol
Instructions on that installation method are here, if you are interested 🙂
