When I returned to fedora I used yum update until I learned that that was just dnf upgrade with extra steps (yum is just a symlink to dnf5). But it works. For old farts like me who can’t stop doing things the was they’ve learned. 😉
The mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven.

It’s funny that dnf update is still a thing. Nowadys it’s just an alias for dnf upgrade. 🙂
The only sad thing about Kate? No terminal version of this beauty.
You’re using Arch, btw. 😜 (scnr)
Yes, I do. And even worse: I like it. 😈
“Works on my system” and that’s why we have flatpak. 😉
No. Fedora sometimes updates configs or packages (e.g. kernel) that require a reboot to take advantage of. If you’re a linux veteran you can decide by yourself if or if not you need to reboot. But fedora wants to have a stable and smooth experience for all its users.

Does that shutdown windows via terminal? Cool, didn’t knew that. But I haven’t used windows since 2011, so… 😁
This is so stupid. I love it. xD
What I don’t like about apt are the tools: What should I use? apt? apt-get? aptitude? In theory it shouldn’t matter… But I’m always confused. openSUSE has zypper and nothing else. Fedora has dnf and an alias for yum (for the old folks I guess). Both may not be faster but they are less confusing.
I don’t even know where this rumour came from.
“new kid on the block”? Erm…

I’m back at Hollow Knight for the steel soul achievement after I got it in Silksong. But I’m stuck at Hornet 2 so this may take a while. :D
Or I start a second playthru of Nine Souls. Or I get MIO: Memories in Orbit. That looks amazing. Dunno, let’s see…
United States of North America? That’s called UCAS.

…'cause creating a fictional TV is creative work. xD
…and the cookbook is in the DLC locked in a secret room behind an optional (but very hard) boss.
Gosh, You’ve got to love the ability to downvote. :)
