Absolutely if you learn how to do it. It also comes with the responsibility of maintaining it over time though

Pre-install websites like steam rip work fantastic. Just download, unzip, add to steam. I’ve had problems with repacks though.

I’d say it can range from your 40/60 to 60/40 depending on the area.
