They are not legit users. This weird behavior pattern has been going on for months, and I’m annoyed that all the discussion generated under their posts vanishes on a whim everytime these accounts self destruct.

I’ve been trying to make sense of their mo, and this could be it. I’ve resorted to not interact ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I think the most valuable thing we can do for the fediverse is to contibute by posting in communities we care about, thus helping them be active, and engage in posts made by others in general. In short, don’t lurk, don’t be passive.

As someone who’s backpacks and bags always turn into black holes this type of leash with a buckle (idk what it’s called) has worked wonders for my sanity.

I’ve never had a bath but I enjoy a scorching hot shower, hotels provide the best experience in this regard. I want to feel like my water is being pumped directly from inferno.

Maybe not from imaginaton, YET! But this is wonderful. gesture and proportions of the figure are great, and good choices on level of detail and color palette, congrats! Keep at it.

High scool, I was caught doing “grafitti” (like, micro graffiti (ꐦᄑ _ᄑ)> ) and the punishment was to come in and paint over some school walls over the weekend.

Actually I was caught doing graffiti a few times (out of school), I was a dumb kid.

Humm… WTF?!

I’m not totally against the repeating hearts or monochrome analogue pallete, but turning down the brightness of the background colors so the flamingos pop up more could be an idea.

Mixing a color with it’s complimentary desaturates it so you could try mixing those pinks with a tiny bit of green and see if you like the vibe with some swatches.

Or maybe apply a wash of a very deep purple, ( that almost matches the background)over the hearts. Again, try first on some swatches before comitting to anything. Actually I kind of like this idea more.

Yeah there’s probably something out there for everyone, the world of vidoegames is incredibly vast.

While some people vibe with many things others gravitate only to a niche. I lucked out on finding something I love, even though I played my first videogame already as an adult, but I was always curious about them so there’s that. I had the curiosity, and through friends the chance to try things out without really commiting at first.

Somehow games mantained my interest enough during almost a decade of very sparce gaming until I found my stuff.

For video games I was a casual until I found a genre that clicked for me, and kept me wanting to go back to that world and gameplay formula. what keeps someone coming back will vary person to person, but for me in short it was a combination of the story, art direction and gameplay mechanics.

Before that I could get really invested in a game, but jumping to a similar one would easily burn me out. Finding your thing can take a lot of trial and error, and like you said for some people is just not worth the time / money investment.
