Why is it that when the Europeans, including the French who had significant holdings in Myanmar’s gas operations, abandoned their interests in the aftermath of the coup in 2022 and sanctioned the regime-owned oil and gas firm MOGE, that we have YET to take any action sanctioning this company?
Because the only thing on Carney’s mind is MONNEEEEEEY!
